Naughty Magpie Masks currently offers 3 delivery methods within the UK. All orders will need to be signed for upon receipt, particularly Special Delivery. Some very low value orders may be sent unsigned.

First Class: This is usually next day delivery up to 48 hours. Not a guaranteed service, particularly to London addresses. Please advise us if you would like to use our Recorded Service at no extra charge.

Second Class: This is usually 3-7 days delivery and currently the cheapest. Do not use if you want your masks in a hurry. All of our free delivery promotions will be sent via this method. If ordering from London, we would advise never using this service around Xmas unless you are prepared to wait the week or more it usually takes! We cap this delivery at £2.99 for any size order.

Special Delivery: Next working day guaranteed delivery. Highly recommended in December when other postal services are slowing down.

International Orders

Naughty Magpie Masks will send any order anywhere. We can now offer our customers FedEx International Delivery ideal for bulk or short notice orders. Prices start from £45.00. To get a better rate on FedEx delivery, why not use your FedEx account number (if you have one). Email for procedure.

NB: International deliveries almost always get stopped by customs and charged the appropriate level of duty. This cost will be passed to the customer. The original delivery price can double - your card will be charged accordingly if we are invoiced by your country's customs. This can also delay your shipment by 3-6 days, often more for African countries or New Zealand.

Slower services depend on destination. Most countries have a choice of three speeds/prices.

Please bear in mind that International orders will take longer around public holidays, Christmas & New Year. All International orders must be signed for on arrival. PO Box numbers are discouraged.

All orders are returned to us if not collected from your local sorting office within two weeks.
