Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch Maestro, American Express, JCB, Solo. Backordered items are not usually charged until they are shipped. The only exception might be to reserve limited stock.

Shipping And Handling Our default mailing service is FIRST CLASS post, with options of Second Class and Next Day/Special Delivery.

Shipping is free of charge for UK orders exceeding £100.00.

Please advise us on sales@naughtymagpie.com if you require a specialised delivery method. Most orders will need to be signed for on receipt.

Please note that our FedEx delivery service is not a final price. All customs prices and taxes will be passed onto you, the customer which can double the delivery price. We advise all of our overseas customers to open an account with FedEx as this can save on some import duties and taxes. Please see www.fedex.com for details of opening an account.

Delivery times are averages only - the only guaranteed delivery service we offer is UK Special Delivery. Choose this if you need an order by a specific date as refunds for late deliveries are not possible. For overseas orders, we cannot guarantee any delivery to arrive by a specific date - please use your own couriers to ensure this. Delays are an unfortunate occurence when shipping overseas and a random customs inspection can significantly delay your order - we have no influence over this. The best remedy is to order earlier.

Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. We will normally despatch your order to you the same working day if we can. We will endeavour to do our best. You will always be kept informed via email or phone if your order cannot be sent on time although this only applies to our guaranteed Special Delivery service.

We can't guarantee a delivery for a particular time of the day, all orders are sent through Royal Mail so will arrive with your normal service. Special Delivery (UK only) guarantees for two times - before 9am & before 1pm.

Our average delivery times are:

First Class - normally next working day, can be up to three working days

Second Class - normally 4-6 working days.

All overseas services are average times only, we can't guarantee any times.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We will not debit your card until your order is ready to ship.

Tax Charges All relevant charges are included in the prices listed on the website, apart from shipping, which is free for UK orders exceeding £100.00.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

The quickest response to any query will be by email. Our average response time is within one hour. If our shop is busy, we can't always answer the phone but you are more than welcome to leave a message - we'll call you back asap.

Privacy Policy We at Naughty Magpie do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Once an order is placed, the information collected is the information you provide us with (delivery address, phone and email numbers). We may use your email address to inform you of new products or services. There is an opt out email address in ALL correspondance we send, particularly in order confirmation emails. If you do not want to receive our mailings, it is best to unsubscribe using the link in this email.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check and request the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us at: info@naughtymagpie.com.

In the future we will use the cookies on the site to track our visitors behaviour and so better improve our service to you. Many browsers have a option to disable the use of cookies, which you may like to implement.

Returns Policy All masks leave Naughty Magpie in satisfactory condition. We pack our masks safely to ensure that no damage occurs. If there is any damage, a refund will be issued within 7 days. This only applies to damaged goods. Please see below for further information.

Any cancellation of orders must be made within a period of 7 days before your party date. If you wish to return all or part of your order for any other reason please contact us within 7 working days after the date you received your order & before your party date. Goods must be returned in original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition. In this case the customer will be required to pay the shipping charge and your original shipping charge will not be refunded. If your party date has passed, no refund will be given.

Returns will only be accepted following conversation with our goods manager on sales@naughtymagpie.com. Returned goods will be refunded the total original cost less shipping costs. However, the customer must pay for the return postage to Naughty Magpie. If the goods are not returned within our period of 7 days, a deduction will be made from your refund to cover costs of one of our representatives collecting it personally from you. You will always be kept informed of our collection schedules. This charge applies to unwanted and cancelled goods. A lesser time scale will apply if you exceed your party deadline. We will not accept goods that have been sent back after they have been worn/your party date has passed.

We reserve the right to offer either credit or exchange for our products where we deem necessary.

Our masks are not custom fitted, they are in one size only per mask. We hope that you will appreciate this. Any alteration to returned masks may affect your refund if we cannot sell it on or repair it for sale.

However, we do hope that your purchase satisfies you in every way possible and that you never feel the need to return any of your goods. All stated monies will be refunded within 7-10 days of cancellation of your order, often within 24 hours.

All returned masks MUST be unopened, unused and in original condition. Any broken or ripped packaging will occur a cost of approximately £3.00 for repackaging costs.

If your purchase does not arrive in time for your party please contact our goods manager on sales@naughtymagpie.com to discuss individual circumstances. We strongly recommend that if your party date is soon (within 1 week) to use a guaranteed service (Special Delivery - UK only) or arrange transit through your own courier company for bulk orders/business purchases. We do not refund for late arrivals if Special Delivery is not chosen.
